Tsakos Navigation' Model & Upcoming Articles
How to receive the Tsakos Navigation model for free and future articles
As I promised in the Tsakos article this is the model I made for the company. You will receive an email once you free subscribe that will include the Google Spreadsheets link. Current subscribers will receive an email shortly with the link. This is the spreadsheet you will receive:
To freely use it go to File → Make a copy so will you have an editable copy on your account.
A few notes on how the file works and the methodology:
You can edit the TCE for the different type of ships and it will automatically calculate the overall TCE of every segment.
The formulas for the profit sharing agreements are based on their own charter book.
The model is based off the the average net income breakeven for the first three quarters of 2022.
The model is also based off 58 ships as I have accounted for the sale of their six MR ships.
As I said, this model is simply an approximate one so take it with a grain of salt.
This is the third article I’ve written this year and so far I’ve enjoyed making the content. These are my plans for the blog:
Planning to write around 3 articles/month.
I had initially planned to post everything on Sundays but I will just publish the articles when I finish them. I’ll announce them one or two days earlier on my Twitter account.
Focused on companies/topics I own/I am interested in, but I will let you guys vote what is your preference for the next article.
As for the upcoming articles I’ll be publishing the following:
Golden Energy Resources - Acquisition spread turned into special situation. - By early/mid next week.
Peabody Energy ($BTU): Coal company - I’ll publish the article once first quarter results are out.
As for other the next articles these are the choices you can vote on Twitter.
Dry bulk shipping review & thoughts.
A review of UK Oil & Gas companies - Focused on Harbour Energy and EnQuest Energy.
Overall market review and why I believe shorting’s risk reward is becoming more and more compelling.
Deep dive of a polish coal company.
And that’s it, if you have any question on the model feel free to reach out.
I think some data is missing in the file you share, It doesn't seems the same you show here.
